You represent that you have the rights or permission necessary to submit the content you upload.

Artificial Intelligence

We use artificial intelligence and other automated technologies to create personalized digital content. Customer-provided photographs, videos, text, and instructions may be processed by service providers used to generate, render, store, or deliver the requested content. Information is disclosed to these providers only as reasonably necessary to provide and operate the service.

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. Main Character Studios does not directly store complete credit or debit card numbers. Payment processors collect and process payment information under their own privacy and security practices.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide previews and purchased digital products; process and fulfill orders; maintain accounts and order history; provide customer support and order communications; operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our service; prevent fraud and misuse; and comply with applicable legal obligations.

How We Disclose Information

We do not sell customers' personal information. We may disclose information to service providers that perform functions necessary to operate Main Character Studios, including payment processing, website hosting, cloud storage, artificial-intelligence processing, media generation, email delivery, security, and related technical services. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect our rights, customers, service, or others.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain transaction and business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal or regulatory obligations. Temporary uploads, previews, generated media, and production files may have different retention periods based on operational requirements.

Children's Privacy

Our services are intended to be purchased and managed by adults. Adults may submit photographs or other materials depicting children when they have the legal right or appropriate permission to use those materials. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children in violation of applicable law.
